Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Home County Local Authority , are looking for an experienced Senior Business Rates & Grants Officer to join their team and play a crucial role within their Repairs Operations
Role: Senior Business Rates & Grants Officer
Pay: £31.77 ph Umbrella
Working Arrangement: Remote
Contract Length: 3 months rolling
Responsibilities:
- To provide technical advice through a comprehensive knowledge of Business Rate and BID levy regulations and case law and to assist with the development and implementation of procedures to provide an efficient, effective and responsive service.
- To assist with the investigation and resolution of complaints.
- To assist in preparing for the annual billing and year-end rollover processes.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
- Experience working in a Senior Business Rates & Grants Officer or similar role
- Must be educated to NVQ Level 4 or equivalent, part qualified in recognised qualific
