Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in the Northwest, are looking for a SEN Caseworker to start immediately.
Position: SEN Caseworker
Rate: £307.64 (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 3 months
Purpose: Work in a multiagency approach to support and meet the need of pupils with SEND.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage EHCP processes in the form of reviews, assessments and meetings to ensure risks are managed appropriately.
- Complete statutory assessments for students with SEN and review their progress and outcomes within the school setting.
- Assist with learner progress reviews, in line with safeguarding policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working as SEN Caseworker, within Education or Children's Services.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of legislation around children and families, including SENDIST regulations.
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office suite, to ensure correct data entry.
- Multi-agency working, and maintaining close relationships.
