Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in Stourbridge.
Position: Residential Property Solicitor
Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience
Location: Stourbridge
Work Type: Permanent
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
- Conducting and managing residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion.
- Being actively involved in the development of the department, including the training and supervising of Administrators, Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors.
- Manage a full caseload of varying value and complexity across residential property.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with minimum 2 year PQE.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice, including a proven track-record of the Conveyancing processes.
- Detail-driven, excellent communication skills and a motivated & organised team-player.
