Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy client based in Hertfordshire, are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team and play a crucial role in their residential duties.
Position: Residential Conveyancer
Rate: £45,000 - £55,000 Competitive + Depending on experience/qualifications
Contract: Permanent
Work Pattern: Office based with hybrid options available
Purpose: Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, conduct matters from inception to conclusion. Candidate must also be able to work independently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Undertake conveyancing work on behalf of clients whilst maintaining compliance with the policies, procedures and controls of the firm.
- Achieve agreed levels of billing and time recording.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client, external organisations and institution relationships through a professional and client-focused approach.
- Work closely with bookkeeper, to manage credit controls on own matters.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years PQE.
- Understand the importance of collaborating and communicating with other personnel of the firm.
- Have experience managing a varied caseload.
