Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Berkshire, are looking for an experienced Repairs Office & Customer Services Manager to join their team and play a crucial role within their Repairs Operations
Role: Repairs Office & Customer Services Manager
Pay: £20.96 ph PAYE
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Contract Length: 6 months rolling
Location: Berkshire
Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Repairs Team back office.
- Ensure staff are properly trained, motivated and professional in their approach to service delivery.
- To contribute to improving and developing services and the performance of the Housing Building Maintenance Service.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
- Experience working in a Repairs Office & Customer Services Manager or similar role
- Must have a clean driving licence and use of a car for work purposes.
