PAY RATE: £50,000 per year + benefits
WORK TYPE: Permanent

JOB SUMMARY
Seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Lincolnshire, specialist education and care for children, young people, and adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. All services are rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Overall performance of the home against KPIs
- Driving service improvement, innovation, and compliance
- Ensuring Ofsted standards and safeguarding requirements are consistently met
- Embedding a positive, child-centred culture aligned with organisational values
- Supporting young people to achieve meaningful outcomes and personal development
- Working closely with families, local authorities, and therapeutic teams
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing a children’s residential home
- Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations & Quality Standards
- Ofsted inspection experience
- Leadership skills with a resilient and proactive approach
- Ability to travel between services in Lincolnshire
