Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join their team in Berkshire.

Position: Real Estate Solicitor
Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience
Location: Berkshire
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

• Handle a wide range of property transactions, providing a high-quality legal service to clients.
• Cover the acquisition and disposal of interests in real estate on individual sites and property portfolios.
• Cover areas such as landlord/tenant matters, taxation and finance issues.
• Partake in marketing/business development activities.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 0-4 years’ PQE in Real Estate legal matters.
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
• Able to stay organised and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to develop your career.
