Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Lancashire.

Position: Residential Property Solicitor

Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience

Location: Lancashire (Hybrid)

Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION

The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Manage Property Litigation matters under supervision, providing a high-quality legal service to clients.
  • Liaise with courts, instructing counsel and experts.
  • Draft correspondence and court documents.
  • Support other team members and supervise junior members of staff.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

  • Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE experience in Litigation matters.
  • Previous experience in Property Litigation including landlord and tenant disputes as well as contractual disputes.
  • Ability to manage a caseload with supervision.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
