Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Property litigation solicitor to join their team based in the Southampton area.

JOB ROLE
You will be joining a busy and friendly team who work collaboratively on a large caseload that covers the full breadth of property litigation services.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Provide a high-quality legal service to our clients
- Comply with procedures set out in the Office Manual, professional standards and any requirements set by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
- Manage your own caseload of a mixture of property litigation files, acting for developers, retail chains, commercial property owners, agents, residential landlords and private individuals.
- Carry out marketing and business development activity as appropriate
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- NQ to 4 years PQE.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure compliance with key dates.
- Willingness to learn and stay up to date with changes in the law.
- Drive and enthusiasm.
