JOB ROLE
The team undertakes a varied range of privately funded general crime and road traffic matters.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Managing your own caseload
- Required to undertake your own magistrates court advocacy including exceptional hardship applications and trials.
- Working with private clients and generating work outside of duty solicitor rota/schemes.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- 5 years PQE required
- Able to work with private clients
- Enthusiastic
- Regulatory experience is desirable as in an own client following
