Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their team in Middlesbrough.
You will be doing the following in this position:
- Run a varied caseload covering Private Client matters, providing a high-quality legal service to clients.
- Cover Wills, Probate and Court of Protection and Trusts matters as well as Court of Protection applications.
- Participate in some business development activity.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Minimum 3 years' PQE within Private Client law.
- Prepared to network and create new business.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
