Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their team in Middlesbrough.

Position: Private Client Solicitor
Rate: £40,000+ DOE
Location: Middlesbrough
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be doing the following in this position:

• Run a varied caseload covering Private Client matters, providing a high-quality legal service to clients.
• Cover Wills, Probate and Court of Protection and Trusts matters as well as Court of Protection applications.
• Participate in some business development activity.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Minimum 3 years’ PQE within Private Client law.
• Prepared to network and create new business.
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
