Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Private Client Lawyer to join their team in Dorset.
Position: Private Client Lawyer
Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience
Location: Dorset (Hybrid)
Work Type: Permanent
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
- Build and run a caseload of general Private Client work, providing a high-quality service to clients.
- Have particular focus on Will Drafting, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Tax & Trusts.
- Build relationships with clients and encourage the referral of further business.
- Support and mentor junior members of staff.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Qualified solicitor with 3-5 years PQE in Private Client matters (candidates outside of this PQE range will also be considered).
- SFE or STEP qualified or an ambition to work towards acquiring this.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
- Experience of using a case management system (preferred but not essential).
