Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West Yorkshire, are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team and play a crucial role within their Housing Operation.
Position: Personal Assistant to Strategic Director
Rate: £21.92
Contract Duration: 3 - 6 months possible extension
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Job Duties:
- To provide a confidential Personal Assistant and Secretarial Service to the Strategic Director, working closely with Departmental Support Officer.
- To develop and manage office systems, including ICT and processes for enquiry handling.
- To organise appointments in the Strategic Director’s diary, arranging and administering meetings and interviews etc.
- Make any necessary travel and booking arrangements, including organising hotel accommodation, rail tickets, lunches etc.
Job Requirements:
- Able to arrange events, manage diaries and service meetings, producing agendas & minutes.
- Able to implement, maintain and manage accurate information retention systems both manual and computerised.
- Able to deal with internal and external customers both face to face and over the telephone.
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
