Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in West Midlands, are looking for Social Workers to work within the Assessment team on a PERMANENT basis.

Purpose: Managing own caseload of vulnerable young people, delivering high quality assessment for best outcomes and supporting lesser experienced staff members.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct working with children and families, managing own caseloads.
  • Achieve strong outcomes for young people through care proceeding and assessments.
  • Support less experienced staff in the team and contribute towards trainings and inductions.
  • Multi agency working, developing good relationships for individuals and their families.

Job Requirements:

  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Recognised Social Work Qualification
