Are you eager to land a brand new PERMANENT role? Our client, based in the West Midlands, are looking for a Childrens Social Worker to work within the Safeguarding and Support Team.
Rate: £36,363 - £40,777 per annum
Contract Duration: PERMANENT
Purpose: Work collaboratively with families to help with overcoming challenges, whilst keeping the safety and voice of the child at the centre of your work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct working with Children, Young People, and Families to create meaningful and lasting changes.
- Build relationship through early help and family support.
- Decision making around child safety and best interests for positive outcomes.
- Manage own caseload of complex cases and needs.
- Collaborate with multi-agency partner.
Job Requirements:
- Must have experience within Childrens Services.
- Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, MSc or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and legislation.
