Are you eager to land a brand new PERMANENT role? Our client, based in the West Midlands, are looking for an Adults Social Worker to work within the Community Wellbeing Team.

Position: Adults Social Worker

Rate: £36,363 - £40,777 per annum

Contract Duration: PERMANENT

Purpose: Variety of Adults Social Work, including Care Act Assessments, person-centered support planning for Mental Capacity Assessments and Section 42 enquiries.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct working with Adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs and older adults.
  • Empower individuals and promote independence in all cases, with a strength-based approach.
  • Engaging in Continuing Health Care and Section 117 work.
  • Manage own caseload of complex cases and needs.
  • Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure holistic care is provided at all times.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have experience within Adults Services.
  • Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, MSc or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and legislation.
