Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a client in West Berkshire, are looking for an experienced Organisational Change Business Partner to join their team and play a crucial role in their organisational change programmes and projects.
Position: Organisational Change Business Partner
Rate: Β£50 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (Oct 2026) Possible Extension
Purpose:
- To act as the lead HR advisor on business and organisational change programmes and projects.
- To review and implement updated or new HR procedures, guidance and education sessions for a wide variety of stakeholders that support effective organisational change.
- Work with senior managers, external partners, stakeholders, trade unions and employee forums providing specialist information, advice and services to support the management of change identified by the HR Service Lead.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement around change management through internal diagnosis, process and systems reviews understanding barriers and seeking solutions through external research into good practice and new ideas.
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
- Successful and significant experience in delivering effective and modern HR services and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer care and continuous improvement.
- Level 5 CIPD Diploma or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
