JOB ROLE
This role requires excellent negotiation skills and a proactive approach to legal challenges, ensuring that our clients’ interests are protected while fostering positive business relationships.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Provide legal advice on a variety of commercial and residential property matters.
- draft, review, and negotiate contract
- Advise clients on risk management strategies
- Represent clients in negotiations with third parties
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- 2 years PQE but less experience considered
- Able to manage own caseload
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving abilities
