Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their team on a fully remote basis.

Position: Private Client Solicitor
Rate: Negotiable Depending on Experience
Location: Norfolk (Fully Remote)
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be doing the following in this position:

• Advising clients on a range of Private Client matters including wills, trusts, estate planning and probate.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Draft and review legal documents with attention to detail and precision.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as accountants or financial advisors, to increase the service provided.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Minimum 3 years’ PQE within Private Client law.
• Able to manage your own caseload both independently and collaboratively within your team.
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
• Strong negotiation skills.
