Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their team in Norfolk.
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on Private Client matters, including wills, trusts and court of protection.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and conduct negotiations on their behalf.
- Manage a caseload efficiently whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE experience in Private Client matters.
- Negotiation skills.
- Strong communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
- Able to manage your own caseload and work with other professionals such as financial advisors.
