Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy housing association in Norwich, are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their lettings operations.

Lettings Manager
Rate:
Β£32.01 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration:
Temporary (Oct 2026) Possible Extension
Purpose:

  • Reporting to the Director of Tenant Services, the successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end lettings function, drive performance across key housing metrics, and manage a team of Lettings Officers and support staff.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the lettings team, ensuring vacant properties are allocated fairly, efficiently and in line with policy.
  • Manage and develop Lettings Officers and support staff through coaching, performance management and development.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs including void turnaround times, tenancy sustainment and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct audits, manage risks associated with void properties and maintain accurate records.
Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
  • Proven experience in a Lettings Manager, Allocations Manager or similar social housing role.
  • Previous experience leading and developing operational teams.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
