Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Hampshire, are looking for an experienced Neighbourhood Warden to join their team and play a crucial role within their Revenues Operations.
Position: Neighbourhood Warden
Rate: £18.85 p/h Umbrella
Contract Duration: 3 months with Possible Extension
Working Arrangement: Fully onsite
Job Duties:
- Provide a visible, accessible and practical neighbourhood presence that supports safe, clean, well-maintained and confident communities.
- Manage assigned neighbourhoods and communal areas, promote a positive image of the area, respond to local issues, support residents and work with council teams, contractors and external agencies.
- Carry out regular health and safety inspections, compliance checks and neighbourhood checks in line with agreed schedules and procedures.
- Record, report and escalate hazards, defects, repairs, nuisance, abandoned vehicles, environmental issues and other concerns.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Neighbourhood Warden or similar role.
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
