Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Housing Association in West Midlands, are looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join their team and play a crucial role in their Maintenance Operations.
Position: Multi-Skilled Operative
Rate: £21 Per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 4 month contract
Work arrangement: Fully onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in accordance with contract and service specifications.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed, in accordance with the agreed requisition procedures and budgets.
- Provide accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensure accurate daily work records are completed.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 year experience within a Multi-Skilled Operative or equivalent.
- City & Guilds qualification, NVQ 3 or relevant experience in 3 relevant trades.
- Full, current driving licence
