Tempting Recruitment is working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their team in Milton Keynes.

Position: Private Client Solicitor

Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience

Location: Milton Keynes

Work Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, tax planning and lasting powers of attorney.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing high-quality legal advice.
  • Participate in business development activities.
  • Support elderly clients in a professional and sensitive manner.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE experience (ideally) in Private Client matters.
  • Willingness to partake in business development activities.
  • STEP qualified (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to manage an independent caseload with minimal supervision.
