Position: Residential Property Solicitor
Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
- Handle a busy caseload that covers a wide range of property transactions. This will include purchases, sales and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties.
- Liaise with and support other service line teams.
- Build and maintain client relationships, supporting the delivery of a high-quality legal service.
- Assist with business development.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE experience in Residential Property matters.
- Willingness to partake in business development activities.
- Able to run your own caseload comfortably.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
