Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Public Law Solicitor (Family) to join their team in Manchester.

Position: Public Law Solicitor
Rate: Negotiable Depending on Experience
Location: Manchester
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be doing the following in this position:

• Be responsible for a caseload of care/public law files.
• Attend courts when required.
• Undertake your own advocacy.
• Provide support to junior team members and aid their development.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Minimum 3 years’ PQE within Public Family Law.
• Children/Family panel accreditation (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
• Professional but approachable manner.
