Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local Housing Association, are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to join their team and play a crucial role in their maintenance operations.
Position: Multi-Skilled Plumber
Salary: £43,813 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: 4 Weekdays (11:30am-8pm) & Sat (8:30am-4pm)
Job Purpose:
- You’ll support the Repairs Team to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance with a strong focus on customer service and a "Right First Time" approach, completing repairs in one visit wherever possible.
- You'll carry out a wide range of repair, refurbishment, renewal and maintenance work across properties, including occupied and void homes, travelling directly to jobs using a company vehicle.
- Install, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, and heating systems while also handling secondary trade tasks like basic carpentry, tiling, or general building maintenance.
Job Requirements:
- Recognised trade apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 qualification.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong core plumbing skills, with competence in plastering, joinery and tiling.
