Position: HR Systems & Reporting Coordinator
Salary: £40,482 per annum
Contract Duration: 6-Month FTC
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Job Purpose: The HR Systems & Reporting Coordinator role in Manchester focuses on managing human resources databases, analysing workforce data, and optimising system workflows with a specialist focus on IRIS/CASCADE.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the HR systems specialist, leading the day-to-day administration and development of IRIS Cascade.
- Produce accurate HR metrics, KPIs, and data sets for managers and business partners.
- Support HR system audits, statutory reporting, and data governance.
Job Requirements:
- HR operational background – moved into HR systems and reporting as a specialism – CIPD Level 5.
- Systems expertise in IRIS/CASCADE.
- Able to provide data sets in Power BI Dashboard.
