JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
- Conduct your own caseload of Child Care Law matters (no private Family Law work involved).
- Provide excellent advice to clients on Child Care law matters.
- Take part in business development and networking activities.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE.
- Holds The Law Society's Children Law Panel accreditation and have a Children's Guardian following.
- Strong communicator, verbally and non-verbally.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
