Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Child Care Solicitor to join their team in Manchester.

Position: Child Care Solicitor

Salary: Competitive

Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION

The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Conduct your own caseload of Child Care Law matters (no private Family Law work involved).
  • Provide excellent advice to clients on Child Care law matters.
  • Take part in business development and networking activities.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE.
  • Holds The Law Society's Children Law Panel accreditation and have a Children's Guardian following.
  • Strong communicator, verbally and non-verbally.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
