Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Visiting & Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join their team and play a crucial role in their Housing Management Operations.
Position: Visiting & Tenancy Sustainment Officer
Rate: £26.44 ph Umbrella
Contract Duration: 4 Months with possible extension
Working Arrangement: Fully Onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Undertake a dynamic risk assessment of a resident’s home to establish any Health and Safety concerns in the property
- Mitigate the risk associated with disrepair and poor property conditions. Where there are cases of poor property conditions, damp/mould or possible disrepair, to refer to Repairs and Area Tenancy Manager (ATM) and ensure that residents are provided with support and feedback on these issues.
- Identify any repairs or maintenance issues and provide the resident with realistic timeframes on repairs response turnaround.
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
- Previous experience working in a Programmed Work Caretaker or a similar role.
- Chartered Institute of Housing qualification at level 3 and above or equivalent experience in housing management.
