Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in the Southeast London, are looking for an experienced Tenancy Enforcement Officer to join their team and play a crucial role in their tenancy management operations.
Position: Tenancy Enforcement Officer
Rate: £24.28 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract: Temp (3 Months) + Hybrid Working
Purpose: You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of tenancy and neighbourhood issues in respect of a designated group of dwellings, ensuring the proper and appropriate use of accommodation and ensuring that residents receive an efficient and effective service in respect of tenancy and related issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- To undertake regular and scheduled inspections challenging behaviour and working in partnership with residents, internal and external partners ensuring a well cared for environment is established and maintained.
- Identifying and providing support to vulnerable residents, ensuring good links with support networks and the co-ordination of services to address needs or problem issues.
- To refer to the Unauthorised Occupation Team any suspicions of unauthorised occupation supporting their work to recover properties.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
- Experience within a tenancy enforcement role or similar.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
