Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Technical Support Officer to join their team and play a crucial role within their Bereavement Operation.
Position: Technical Support Officer
Rate: £21.93 ph Umbrella
Contract Duration: 3 months with Possible Extension
Working Arrangement: On-Site
Job Duties:
- Deliver a skilled and flexible technical administration support service within the bereavement services setting.
- Responsible for delivering complex, routine, and emergency tasks against the technical administrative standards to ensure consistency in maintaining service delivery.
- Maintain an understanding of the operational workflow processes and linkage with the technical administrative support services.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 GCSE level pass including maths and English, or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as a Technical Support Officer or similar organisation.
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
