Team Manager - Adults Services in London

Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in London, are looking for a Team Manager to work within Adults Social Care specifically focusing on the Assurance & Partnership within Mental Health Services.

Position: Team Manager – Mental Health
Rate: £43.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 3 Months

Purpose:
Act as a trusted senior operational lead, ensuring that statutory social care duties are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with the Care Act 2014

Job Responsibilities:
– Overseeing day to day service operations
– Supporting the frontline staff with their care plans
– Ensuring person-centered and outcome focused care is delivered
– Working closely with other health and social care partners
– Monitor service improvement through performance and quality assurance.

Job Requirements:
– Must have high level experience, knowledge and skills within adults services as a Team Manager
– Extensive experience with Adults with Learning Disabilities.
– Enhanced DBS – Registered to the update service (preferably)
– Level 5 Qualification in Healthcare Management required
