Team Manager - Adults Mental Health Services in London

Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in Northwest London, are looking for a Team Manager to work within the localities team.

Position: Team Manager – Mental Health
Rate: £43.26 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 6 Months

Purpose:
Supporting a team of Social Workers, to quality assurance their work, in line with councils policies and procedures, and adults social care legislations.

Job Responsibilities:
– Quality Assurance of Assessments and Reports.
– Providing Supervision both caseload and personal
– Chairing meeting for reviews and more.
– Supporting Social Worker with their caseloads

Job Requirements:
– Must has direct experience within Adults Services, plus relevant Team Manager experience.
– Enhanced DBS – Registered to the update service (preferably)
– Registered with Social Work England
– Recognised Social Work Qualification
