Social Care Assistant - Adults in London

Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in London, are looking for a Social Care Assistant to work with Vulnerable Adults.

Position: Social Care Assistant
Rate: £20.28 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 3 months

Purpose:
Provide high quality services to adults with a range of disabilities and challenging behaviours, allowing service user to live independently through activities based support.

Job Responsibilities:
– Engaging with adults, through activities and community settings.
– Deliver support plans as a key worker, to support service users and their carers in line with their needs and council protocols.
– Maximise personal capabilities, develop living and
coping skills to work towards a high level of independence.

Job Requirements:
– Previous experience working with adults with disabilities is essential.
– NVQ Level 3, equivalent or above – in a related subject
– Multi-agency working, and maintaining close relationships.
– Record keeping, report writing, and managing own caseloads
