Are you an experienced Senior Social Worker or Specialist Social Worker looking for your next opportunity? Our client is looking for a skilled practitioner to join its Children and Families service.
Position: Senior Social Worker / Specialist Social Worker – London Pledge
Rate: £39.04 per hour
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days home working and 3 days in the office
Purpose of the Role
To provide social work support within a Children and Families service, contributing to effective practice and positive outcomes for children and families.
Job Responsibilities
- Undertake social work responsibilities within the service.
- Work with children and families to assess needs and support planning.
- Work collaboratively with relevant professionals and partner agencies.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to effective case management.
Job Requirements
- Recognised social work qualification and current professional registration.
- Relevant experience as a Senior or Specialist Social Worker.
- Experience working within children's social care.
- Strong assessment, communication and case management skills.
