Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a Local Authority in South East London, are looking for an experienced Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor - Repairs and Maintenance to join their team and play a crucial role in their Housing Operations.
Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor - Repairs and Maintenance
Rate: £54,360
Contract Duration: Permanent
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Duties:

• Provide expert and professional advice to other professionals and managers on quality surveying and cost planning aspects of planned preventative maintenance, repairs and refurbishment programmes, contracts and work packages.
• Responsible for the preparation of pricing documentation and management of budgets
• Appoint and manage internal and external consultants and suppliers providing a range of services

Job Requirements:

• Educated to degree level in quantity surveying with a surveying
  qualification; e.g. RICS
• Previous experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor - Repairs and Maintenance or similar role.
• Previous experience working in the Public Sector.
