Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a local authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their highways operations.

Position: Senior Project Manager
Rate: Β£351.55 a day (Umbrella)
Contract: 2-3 months (Possible Extension)

Duties:

  • Lead the delivery of complex highways, transport and public realm projects from inception through to completion.
  • Manage projects through all stages of the project lifecycle, including feasibility, option development, business case preparation, design etc.
  • Strategic stakeholder and funding management, ensuring the successful delivery of schemes supporting the transport, regeneration and climate change priorities.
  • Develop and maintain project programmes, risk registers, project plans and governance documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Project Management, Transport Planning, Engineering or Urban Design
  • PRINCE2, APM, MSP or equivalent project/programme management qualification.
  • Experience delivering TfL-funded programmes.
  • Knowledge of London local authority governance and decision-making processes.
  • Experience of delivering complex urban corridor or town centre transformation programmes.
