Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Senior Lawyer Commercial to join their team and play a crucial role within their Law Operations
Role: Senior Lawyer Commercial
Pay: £50.01 ph Umbrella
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Contract Length: 6 months rolling
Location: West London
Responsibilities:
- To take responsibility for filing at and submissions to the Land Registry and have conduct of cases in all Courts, Tribunals etc.
- To provide briefing and information on developments in the law affecting Property Contracts and Procurement as well as general local government law.
- To provide legal advice and assistance in relation to all commercial and property matter.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
- Experience working in a Senior Lawyer Commercial or similar role
- Must be a qualified lawyer/barrister/Cilex with a current practising certificate
