Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a Local Authority in London, are looking for an experienced Experienced Reviews Officer to join their team and play a crucial role in their Housing Operations.
Position: Reviews Officer (2 Positions)
Rate: £36.08 p/h umbrella
Contract Duration: 3Month possibility of extension
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Duties:

• To undertake investigations into resident complaints about Housing Needs Services
• Engage with residents in accordance with the Codesigned Customer Service Standards at all times
• To carry out reviews of suitability of accommodation allocated by the Authority including offers made under Part VI and Part VII of the Housing Act 1996 (as amended).

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Reviews Officer or similar role.
• Previous experience working in the Public Sector.
