Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in East London, are looking for a Reviewing Officer to work within the Adult community to promote wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
Position: Reviewing Officer
Rate: Β£31.76p/h (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 3 monthswith Possible Extension
Essentials:
- Enhanced DBS required for this position
Purpose:
- Working with adults to maximise independence and quality of life within the community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Holding non complex caseloads, and working with strength based model of practice.
- Maximise independence and quality of life by providing practical support.
- Complete relevant assessments, reports and care packages in a timely accurate manner.
- Work within the Multi Disciplinary Team through meetings and achieve the best outcomes for service users.
- Complete CHC checklists
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a Adult social care.
- At least 3 years experience within a Social Work Officer or Social Care Assistant role or equivalent.
- Knowledge of promoting independence and working with vulnerable adults.
- Experience with holding own caseload, producing high quality assessments and reports.
