Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Revenues Officer (Council Tax) x3 to join their team and play a crucial role within their Council Tax Operations
Role: Revenues Officer (Council Tax) x3
Pay: £29.47 ph Umbrella
Working Arrangement: Fully Remote
Contract Length: 7 months rolling
Location: West London
Responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries from taxpayers by telephone, letter, email or in person in the most appropriate manner and within the customer care standards.
- Assist with the prompt dispatch of demand notices, recovery notices and review letters in accordance with agreed timetables.
- Under the guidance of a Senior Officer assist with the investigation into any suspected fraud cases.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
- Experience working in a Revenues Officer (Council Tax) x3 or similar role
