JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
- Run a varied property caseload, providing high-quality legal advice to clients.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Partake in business development activities to build a client base and generate work.
- There is also the potential for commercial property work for an interested candidate but this is not required.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE experience in Residential Property matters.
- Willingness to partake in business development activities.
- Able to run your own caseload comfortably.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
