JOB DESCRIPTION
You will deal with a wide range of Residential Conveyancing matters on behalf of individual clients covering the following:
- Sales and Purchases
- New Build
- Re-mortgages
- Registered and Unregistered Properties
- Shared Ownership
- Leases
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Qualified solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE experience in Residential Conveyancing matters.
- Experience of handling multiple conveyancing cases.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
- Able to manage timelines, deadlines and documentation.
