JOB ROLE
Our Firm is looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join our strong loyal client base. Our fee earners are all specialists in their respective fields and act for a wide range of commercial and private sector clients. You will have an excellent knowledge of all Residential Conveyancing matters, including Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity, New Build & Lease Extensions.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- You will have an excellent knowledge of all Residential Conveyancing matters, including Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity, New Build & Lease Extensions.
- Experience in dealing with matters on behalf of individual clients on a wide range of matters.
- Liaising with clients and external professionals, private client department.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- 1-3+ years PQE
- Case management
- Conveyancing law expertise
- IT proficiency
- Client focused
