Resident Liaison Officer in London

Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team and play a crucial role in their Housing Operations.
Position: Resident Liaison Officer
Rate: £27.36 p/h umbrella
Contract Duration: 3 positions (1 person for 6 months, 2 people for 12 months)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Duties:

• Liaise with and set the standard for contractors and their RLO’s engaging with residents.
• Ensure that insurance claims and other claims submitted by residents are processed efficiently.
• Establish and maintain a customer feedback/complaints procedure for each project.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer or similar role.
• Previous experience working in the Public Sector.
