Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Resettlement & CRF Service Outcomes Lead to join their team and play a crucial role in their Resettlement, Crisis & Resilience Support operations.
Position: Resettlement & CRF Service Outcomes Lead
Rate: £36.33 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: Temp (Mar 2027) Possible Extension
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Purpose: The postholder will be responsible for working with providers to develop and support the implementation of new systems to support the Government funding returns, and outcome-based information which will include Resettlement, Crisis and Resilience Services. The role plays a key part in ensuring compliance, improving service performance, and supporting the Council’s commitment to resident-first outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of services available to residents through grant funded schemes, including but not limited to Crisis & Resilience, ARP, Ukraine and Asylum.
- Investigate and resolve complex data, system, or performance issues in collaboration with service colleagues.
- Support service redesign and transformation programmes, ensuring data and insight inform decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation - preferred but not essential.
- Degree or equivalent professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, service improvement, or a related discipline.
- Understanding of Government funding guidance for Grant Funded schemes.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
