Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in Southeast London, are looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer to join their team and play a crucial role within their recruitment services.
Position: Recruitment Officer
Rate: £21.15 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (3 Months) Possible Extension
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Job Purpose: Working within the Agency & Recruitment Team, you will provide a full end-to-end recruitment service to hiring managers across the Council.
Job Duties:
- Managing vacancy postings and recruitment enquiries.
- Coordinating pre-employment checks and screening.
- Supporting applicants and new starters.
- Using HR and recruitment systems to deliver an efficient service.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
- Previous experience in a similar recruitment/HR role.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
