Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in East London, are looking for an experienced Quality and Compliance Officer - Gas to join their team and play a crucial role in their Fire and Building Safety Operations.

Position: Quality and Compliance Officer - Gas

Rate: £22.07 Umbrella

Contract Duration: 3 Months possibility of Extension

Work arrangement: Fully Onsite

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to periodic reviews or audits to ensure that building compliance procedures are followed; identify building compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
  • Ensure there is a clear understanding of the works and standards that Homes, Environment & Communities and suppliers need to carry out and adhere to in order to demonstrate building compliance and manage risks effectively, within their own areas of expertise.
  • Act as a building compliance expert for a specific area of the business, and provide support, advice and information as required.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience within a Quality and Compliance Officer - Gas or equivalent.
  • Hold a recognised professional Qualification (e.g. NRCQ, NEBOSH, NVQ Level 3 C & G or equivalent in Plumbing and Heating).
