Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Central London.

Position: Property Litigation Solicitor
Rate: Negotiable depending on Experience
Location: Central London
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be doing the following in this position:

• Manage a diverse caseload, providing tailored legal solutions to clients.
• Advise clients on complex property litigation matters.
• Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
• Manage a small team consisting of a newly qualified/trainee solicitor, paralegal and legal secretary.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Minimum 5 years’ PQE within Litigation (ideally property).
• Prepared to network and create new business.
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
• Experience of managing a small team or individuals.
